OnCue Privacy Commitment

We’re preparing the full privacy statement for the next release. In the meantime, this page outlines how we treat your data and the commitments we follow while final copy is being reviewed by legal.

What we collect

OnCue collects only the information needed to run your account and streamline service. This includes basic account details (name, email), event configuration, and order telemetry. We never sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Your control & choices

You can request data exports or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@oncuehub.com. Our team responds within 72 hours. Analytics and marketing cookies remain optional via the cookie preferences at the bottom of the site.

Security standards

OnCue uses Supabase and industry best practices for encryption in transit and at rest. Access to event data is scoped by role, with audit logs to trace changes. As we roll out new features, this page will include full details on subprocessors, retention, and regional hosting.
